If you know me, you know that I LOVE soup. I’ll make it any time of year, but once it gets cold you’ll likely see it cooking in my kitchen at least two times a week. I am all about easy and convenient when it comes to cooking so the recipes I share won’t be super complicated or require a ton of out of the ordinary ingredients.
Today I’m sharing some of my favorite, tried and true soup recipes. I try to cook as whole30 and paleo as I can so some of these recipes will follow that.
I also recommend getting an Instant Pot. Really. It will change your life as a mom.
Favorite Soup Recipes
- Instant Pot Pumpkin Turkey Chili from Mary’s Whole Life. This recipe is SO good and SO easy. Perfect for football Sunday and makes a ton for leftovers during the week. This is whole 30 compliant.
- Rustic Tuscan Style Sausage, White Bean, and Kale Soup. This one is on heavy rotation in our house during the winter. It’s quick and easy and has a all the delicious flavors you want in a winter meal. Make it the night before and let it sit overnight and thank me later.
- Spicy Chicken Chili. This is more of your traditional chili. Add all the toppings and enjoy.
- Chicken Zoodle Soup. This one might require a little more effort with the zoodl’ing (is that a word) but I usually just buy the pre zoodled noodles from Trader Joe’s.
And there you have it. My four favorite soup recipes for the fall and winter. Let me know if you try any and what you think!
